Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SA-Dental, we provide digital marketing services to dental clinics with the goal of delivering measurable results. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, the following policies apply:

Cancellations

Clients may cancel their services at any time with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at [email protected] or through the agreed communication channel.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for payments already processed, as our services involve time, resources, and strategic planning from the moment of activation. However, exceptions may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis when no service has been delivered.
