These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by SA Horizon Group LLC, operating under the brand name “SA-Dental” ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Offered
SA-Dental provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Appointment booking and follow-up systems
- CRM integrations and automation via platforms like GoHighLevel
- Consulting and strategy services for lead generation
2. Client Responsibilities
By working with SA-Dental, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information to facilitate campaign execution
- Collaborate with our team during onboarding and strategy phases
- Follow recommendations and operational steps as provided
- Maintain active communication with your assigned success manager
3. Payment and Billing
- All payments are processed through Stripe or another agreed provider.
- Initial setup fees (if any) must be paid before onboarding begins.
- Monthly fees are billed every 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

In general, due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered.
5. Intellectual Property
- All custom content created by SA-Dental (ads, copy, automation flows, strategies) remain property of SA-Dental unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients are granted a license to use such content while they remain active paying clients.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all business, client, and campaign data confidential. You agree not to disclose our methods, templates, or internal materials to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
SA-Dental will not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Failure in campaign performance due to lack of cooperation or delayed client inputs
- Third-party platform changes or outages (Meta, Google, Stripe, etc.)
Results may vary depending on market, location, budget, and other variables beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice. If the client fails to comply with terms or payments, SA-Dental reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
